Pay and schedule
Founder Tiago Antunes grew up in Cape Verde in a football family deeply connected to the sport.
His father coached the Cape Verde National Team during one of its most important periods, while several family members competed professionally in Portugal.
Tiago continued that tradition by playing youth football, futsal, and later competing for semi-professional clubs in Portugal from 2011 to 2019, before bringing his experience to Texas.
With a career spanning several clubs across Portugal, where he made 115 official appearances and scored 55 goals. Known for his attacking instinct and consistent goal-scoring ability, he represented teams including Bragança, GD Mirandês, Minas Argozelo, AE Africanos Bragança, FC Felgueiras 1932, and GD Sendim.
Today, following his retirement from competitive football, Tiago founded 238 Soccer Academy, where his passion is helping young athletes improve their technical skills, mindset, and overall development and receive the same quality education that shaped his own career.
